In the heart of London
Our meeting rooms are located in the heart of Tottenham Court Road, Central London.
From the largest corporations to the smallest non-profits, we have a meeting room for you and your budget – however modest.
As an independent organisation, we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. We employ and train individuals from a variety of industries, backgrounds and countries.
For us it’s all about the can-do attitude. From the time of your enquiry right the way through to the event on the day, we aim to make your experience hassle-free.
Independently owned, MSE Meeting Rooms is twinned with our International English School and forms an Education Group. Established over 30 years ago, not only do we provide high quality teaching and meeting spaces, we pride ourselves in our socially responsible approach to business.
We love the environment
Our Tottenham Court Road centre is also home to our language school. A sustainable environment for our school and meeting rooms is something we take seriously. We try to do our bit toward protecting the planet.
- Energy efficient “motion sensitive” lighting.
- Fuel saving infrastructure including secondary glazing & insulation.
- Comprehensive recycling plan, including paper, ink and glass.
- Ethically sourced materials including fair-trade food and beverages.
- Programme for donations of unused food to local welfare centres.
Charity and community relations
We applaud and encourage the work charity and non-profit organisations do and try to do our part too. Over the past five years, we have worked with and donated over £100,000 to worthy causes across the UK and abroad.
For the last 15 years, our Education Group has supported the Galapagos Conservation Trust UK through fundraising. In 2010 we funded a teachers’ travel to the Darwin Institute where they taught at a local school for a year.
Royal Geographic Society
In 2011 the Education Group CEO Naeem Ahmad attended a charity auction at the Royal Geographical Society where the 5th Edition of “The Origin of Species” was sold in the presence of Sir David Attenborough. We paid £21,000 for this in aid of conservation.
We continue to support them and recently the Galapagos Trust held a meeting at our premises to discuss education in the Galapagos. As a result, Mayfair School of English is working to establish a free school there.
UK/Russia Year of Friendship 2013
Through the British Council in Moscow, we organised an Art competition. There were over 130 entries and ten study scholarships were given by us. The competition proved successful and as a result, a number of students exhibited their work in London galleries.
Two of these artists had entries accepted for the BP portrait competition at the National Gallery. They gave art classes to our students and have been invited to return to the school since on a number of occasions.
2016 Ecuadorian earthquake
Our Education Group CEO Naeem Ahmad organised with the Ecuadorian Embassy and MSE students a number of fundraising efforts, raising approximately £1000 for the earthquake appeal.
